Technology can help stop greenwashing, says EU regulator

The European Securities and Markets Authority is urging swift adoption of proposed revisions to the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation.

The European Commission should “swiftly adopt” proposed revisions to the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation that would include a greater role for technology in greenwashing supervision, says EU regulator ESMA.
