Industry concerned about CPMI-IOSCO CCP models and protocols

The post-financial crisis clean-up gave birth to the rise of over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives clearing through central counterparties (CCPs), as regulators sought to avoid another systemic crisis fuelled by a handful of too-big-to-fail banks. CCPs, supported by their clearing members, are now a crucial cog in the quadrillion-dollar derivatives space.
