Gensler’s game-changing equity markets revamp faces tall hurdles

Speaking in Washington on June 8, Securities and Exchange Commission chair Gary Gensler said US equities markets are fragmenting, into dark and lit venues, and that concentration and potential inefficiencies have built up.
